Implementation Services
Designing, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting GIS implementations is one of InfoGeographics strongest areas. Implementation of GIS can take many forms, from addressing simple single user or department business process needs to building or modifying a full-blown GIS enterprise system. IGI staff are used to creatively working within this range to apply the necessary level of expertise and effort with organizational and resource requirements. We work primarily with the ESRI ArcGIS suite of GIS software products though are experienced in other database and software systems including AutoCAD, Microstation, MapInfo, Crystal Reports, Oracle, MS SQL Server, MS Access, etc.
Remote implementation and support for client installations via Virtual Private Network (VPN) and web meeting technologies are tools IGI uses to great effect to reduce travel costs and address system development and issues at their source.
