Strategic & Tactical Planning
IGI recognizes and promotes the value of good planning to most efficiently apply the use of GIS technology to enhance an organization's business. This follows our "application oriented" methodology to first discover, innumerate, and prioritize the most important uses or applications of GIS, then stage and build the system and staff resources to accomplish these functional goals.
Our planning process utilizes powerful combinations of workshops, interviews, surveys, and existing client resources to get to the heart of any issues that have held or may hold back adoption of GIS technology.
